Application and working principle of the equipment: this equipment is mainly used for shaping the middle seam of SCR product square cylinder after welding. Put the workpiece on the push plate according to the shape and size of the mold, and the push cylinder will start to work to drive the workpiece down, and set it on the mold of the mold.Then , the rising cylinder starts to work, driving the eight rising molds to expand outward at the same time to the dimensional accuracy of the workpiece. After the inflation shaping is completed, the inflation cylinder is reset to drive the eight inflation molds to release the workpiece at the same time, and the feed cylinder is reset to push the workpiece out of the plastic mold .At last, taking out the workpiece.
